Addlestone International Corporation (AIC) is an entrepreneurial real estate firm with a focus on the southeastern United States. We are engaged in the acquisition, ownership and operation of shopping centers and other select multi-tenant commercial real estate investments.
AIC-related entities are primarily the majority investors in all properties along with select outside strategic partners.
AIC works closely with two excellent locally owned property management firms: Charleston Green Commercial and Southeastern Management Group.

Property Management
Addlestone International manages its properties through two independent property management firms: Charleston Green Commercial and Southeastern Management Group. We recognize that our tenants should be free to concentrate their energies on their business. A prompt response to a tenant call, complaint or inquiry, coupled with attention to detail is the key to long-term tenant relations and tenant success.
